Gagan Suryavanshi
Gagan is a highly accomplished banking professional with 20 years of experience in Institutional Banking, specializing in Global Financial Markets. He currently serves as a Partner at CXO Roles, where he leads the Financial Services and Private Capital practice, leveraging his extensive network and deep industry knowledge.
Prior to co-founding CXO Roles, Gagan spent a decade as a senior banker at Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd (ANZ), where he was instrumental in building & growing the business for North and West India.
His career also includes a decade at global investment banks like Deutsche Bank, and Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), advising corporate clients on treasury, risk management, and strategic transactions.
Gagan excels at negotiation, spotting opportunities, and managing complex relationships – shaped by years of working closely with C-level leaders.
He holds an MBA in Finance from IIM Indore and has been an active angel investor for nearly a decade, resonating with his passion for networking and closing deals.
Gagan is an avid photographer who recently turned semi-professional focusing on travel, portrait, and lifestyle as his genres of choice. Away from the camera, he satisfies his adventurous spirit with long-distance motorcycle tours and unwinds with a friendly game of tennis.
Mayank Paraswani
Mayank has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry creating innovative solutions for businesses across the globe, with a strong focus on financial data analytics and AI. He currently serves as a Partner at CXO Roles, where he is involved in development of AI powered industrial insights and recruitment solutions.
With an extensive list of projects under his belt, Mayank has strategized with and created products for airlines like Lufthansa, entertainment company like UTV, Zee and Kingfisher, tech companies like Tata and Tech Mahindra, and various banking and finance institutions in India.
Mayank excels at workflow optimizations in large organizations, creating tech solutions for management and processing that simplifies workflow implementation, and act as a productivity multiplier. He’s often sought out for technical guidance and implementation strategies.
He has been an active angel investor for nearly a decade, utilizing his M.Sc. in Statistics and data analytics knowledge to even out the odds in high risk environment.
Even away from work Mayank is a tech enthusiast who tinkers with gadgets and electronics and is often found with a screw driver and a soldering iron in his hands. Apart from tech he enjoys a bit of cooking and experimenting with coffee.
